Terms and conditions.

The individual sessions offered by Francine and Inner Alchemy (“IA” hereinafter) are journeys of inner transformation and self-discovery. Clients must be committed to their own journey in order to gain the full benefit of the sessions.

Some IA journeys are intense and demanding. We recommend that if you have concerns about your fitness for engaging in session work that you consult a physician or mental health professional prior to your scheduled session.

Inner Alchemy reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a client at any time, and to cancel a session or program at any time for any reason.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All individual session fees are due 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Full refunds will be issued for virtual sessions canceled up to 24 hours prior to the session, and for in-person sessions canceled up to 48 hours prior to the session. Cancellations made after the grace period may be refunded at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation fee for no-shows is 100% of fees paid. Notice of cancellation must be sent to hello@inneralchemyhealing.net.

Individual sessions are by appointment only, and are not designed to respond to immediate or urgent situations.

Please note that sessions are limited to the practice of shamanic energy work and are not intended to diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions, nor to provide medical advice, or serve as a substitute for medical or professional care. Psychological issues and medical conditions should be addressed directly by, and under the care of, your personal physician.

PROPRIETARY INFORMATION POLICY

This policy is to ensure that the healing practices, exercises, materials and terms presented to clients in any individual session or other program or event are used appropriately. In order to participate in any session, class or program, clients agree to observe the following restrictions on the use of information presented by Inner Alchemy (“IA”):

Clients of IA may not advertise or present themselves in any way that implies that they are an authorized representative of IA.
Clients may not advertise or represent themselves as being certified by IA to teach anything they learn during individual sessions.
Individual sessions are based on practices from an oral tradition and clients are encouraged to take notes. However, any notes taken or materials given out related to sessions are for the clients’ personal use only. Clients may not provide materials to any other persons, including family members, unless authorized in writing by IA.
Clients may not teach any techniques, methods, exercises, materials or any other part of practices developed or used by IA in any manner. Setting up a private consultation practice, educational program or event using IA techniques and materials is unlawful and prohibited.
All materials created during sessions, classes or other programs are the property of Francine Triola and Inner Alchemy and may not be downloaded, copied, or reproduced in any way.
